C V Rao and Co. was established in March 1991 by C Vasudeva Rao as a one-man professional advisory, accounting & taxation firm. In over three decades of its existence, the firm has grown with a reliable team including the next generation of the family at its helm – Mr. Gokul C V and Ms. Gauthami C V.
In 2017, Mr. Gokul C V joined the firm and with his professional expertise, the firm has specialised verticals that offer all the services to a client under a single roof. His distinctive ability to implement innovation and tailored solutions that suit our clients, has helped the firm serve Indian as well as International Clients.In 2022, with Ms. CA Gauthami C V, the firm has taken a new form as C V RAO & ASSOCIATES, CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS, continuing the legacy of C V Rao & Co.
The contribution and guidance of C V Rao has been vital in bringing the firm to where it is today. Many of the clients that were served in the initial days continue to be clients even now, with the successors to the businesses choosing to continue with the advisors they know & trust.

Gauthami is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with over 4 years of experience in Taxation, Accounting, Audit and Assurance services in multiple business verticals. She brings knowledge and expertise in various industries like manufacturing, healthcare, education, agriculture, infrastructure, logistics and hospitality - with proficiency and finesse. With a passion for new and challenging opportunities, she is also instrumental in firm foray into consulting, advisory services and IFCFR Frameworks. With an eager learning and never give up attitude, she assesses an organisation’s use of resources and tactical planning and providing solutions for organisational improvement.
Gokul C V
Corporate & Legal Advisor [B.Com, LLB, (CA)]
Gokul has a demonstrated history of excelling in Taxation, Accounting, Audit and Assurance, Business Advisory, Legal Consultancy, and Entrepreneurship. He has over 8 years of work experience and has supported numerous companies to expand their businesses in India and abroad. Gokul joined C V Rao & Co., in 2017 and has since focused his energies on growing the firm to a recognized and trusted global organisation. He is the CFO of Reseda Lifesciences Pvt Ltd. He plays a key role in establishing joint partnerships in different countries for the Reseda Group. Gokul is also a Co-founder and Director of various financial entities. He has an instinctive grasp of business dynamics in any field, and leverages this to his clients' advantage.

Principal Consultant
Vasudeva Rao is the founder of C V Rao & Co. He is professionally driven by high standards of excellence. He has been in practice for over 3 decades, specializing in the areas of Taxation, Accounting and Management/ Business Advisory Services. He plays a key role in the CA firm's development and enjoys mentoring young professionals, encouraging them to achieve success in their careers with a focus on ethical practice. Vasudeva Rao also believes in helping society and is engaged in several philanthropic and religious activities. He is a trustee of several charitable, and religious institutions.
